Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical/electrical/construction supervisory experience.
• Degree in technical or engineering field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong background in quality management and wind turbine assembly/installation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Nordex safety protocols and procedures during all operations.
• Act as the lead technical lead on assigned projects for Advisors and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Site Managers to plan activities and meet standards and timelines.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex installation challenges.
• Conduct on-the-job training and mentor Technical Advisors.
