Job summary

Critter Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife management solutions. You’ll prospect, consult with customers, and present tailored removal and prevention services while building lasting relationships.

Candidates should have a hunter mindset, proven outside sales experience, and the ability to travel up to 10% and to Atlanta within 30 days. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is a plus.

• Proven outside sales experience in field roles is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop relationships, and deliver solutions to residential and commercial customers.
• Assess customer needs and propose humane wildlife services.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to exceed targets.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Close deals, collect payments, and re-engage past prospects.
