Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife services. You will identify opportunities, consult with customers, present wildlife removal solutions, and close deals while building long-term relationships.

You will travel within your territory up to 10% and may need to visit Atlanta within 30 days of starting. A hunter mindset and strong field sales skills are essential for success in this role at Critter Control

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales (pest control, wildlife, or related field)
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and to Atlanta within 30 days of start date
• Valid driver’s license required
• Proficiency with multiple software/applications (CRM, proposals)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships to grow territory revenue
• Consult with customers to understand wildlife solutions and deliver tailored proposals
• Close deals and manage follow-up to secure recurring business
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and partner with operations for a smooth customer experience
• Collaborate with homeowners, managers and partners to drive referrals and growth
