Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in wildlife management services for residential and commercial customers. You will prospect, build relationships, and present tailored removal and prevention solutions.

This role requires a hunter mindset, ability to work in the field, travel up to 10%, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Competitive base salary with uncapped commission, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to travel up to 10%.
• Hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a related field (pest control, roofing, construction, route-based businesses).
• Ability to work in the field independently and efficiently manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver - diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
