Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife removal services. You will prospect, build relationships, and present customized solutions while ensuring a high-quality customer experience from initial consultation through service completion.

Ideal candidates have hunter instincts with proven outside sales experience, the ability to travel up to 10%, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Must be available to travel up to 10%.
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales, preferably in pest control, roofing, construction, or route-based businesses.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop relationships, and deliver wildlife removal solutions to residential and commercial customers.
• Assess customer needs and present detailed proposals to close deals.
• Build and nurture a sales pipeline to exceed targets.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
