Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife services. You will prospect, develop relationships, and present humane wildlife removal solutions, building long-term customer partnerships.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package, with travel up to 10% and the possibility to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset and proven outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency with multiple software/applications.
• College degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business in assigned territory.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and present humane wildlife services.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to exceed targets.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure top-quality customer experience.
• Support referrals and partnerships to drive recurring sales.
