Job summary

Critter Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial markets. You will prospect, develop relationships, and deliver humane wildlife services, guiding customers from initial consultation to service completion.

You will build a robust pipeline, leverage company leads, and self-generate opportunities through networking and partnerships, while collaborating with teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
