Job summary

Critter Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across residential and commercial wildlife management services. You will prospect, consult with customers to identify needs, and deliver customized removal and prevention solutions while building long-term relationships.

You’ll own the sales cycle from lead to close, leverage company-provided leads, and develop a personal pipeline to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
• Experience in outside sales, preferably in pest control or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with residential and commercial customers.
• Prospect, present, and close customized wildlife removal and prevention solutions.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to exceed targets.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure a quality customer experience.
• Travel within territory, with occasional trips to Atlanta.
