Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a motivated Wildlife Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base by diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and recommending effective solutions. You will build a personal pipeline while leveraging company leads and strategic partnerships across homeowners, property managers, and contractors.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission with estimated annual earnings of $70,000 - $100,000 and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Must be able to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Experience in outside sales, preferably in pest control, roofing, construction, or route-based businesses.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage your schedule.
• Proficiency in using several software tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company leads while building your own pipeline to exceed targets.
• Grow new business in your territory through networking and referrals.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands.
• Partner with operations to ensure a safe, smooth customer experience.
