Critter Control Operations seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by prospecting and building relationships with residential and commercial customers, delivering customized wildlife solutions, and managing end-to-end proposals. You will respond to leads, self-generate opportunities, and close deals while ensuring top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with several software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
