Job summary

Critter Control is looking for an Outside Sales Representative who will grow our wildlife services business in residential and commercial markets. You will identify opportunities, tailor solutions, and close deals while building lasting customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have field sales experience, a hunter mindset, and the ability to travel. The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package, plus ongoing training and career growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset with outside sales experience, preferably in pest control, roofing, construction, or route-based businesses.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage own schedule.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop relationships, and deliver solutions to customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend humane wildlife services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Grow new business through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a quality customer experience from initial consult to service completion.
