Critter Control is a nationwide wildlife management company focused on humane removal, exclusion, and damage repair. We’re seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial markets with consultative solutions and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll prospect in your territory, present customized proposals, and close deals, earning a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to travel up to 10%.
• Willingness to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset and proven outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver - diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
