Job summary

Critter Control Operations in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a motivated Wildlife Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our customer base and driving sales growth by diagnosing wildlife and pest issues, and recommending the right solutions.

You will capitalize on leads while building your own pipeline, grow new business through networking, and develop relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to travel up to 10%.
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a related field (pest control, roofing, construction, route-based businesses).
• Ability to work in the field independently and efficiently manage your own schedule.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
