Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a motivated Wildlife Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our customer base and driving sales growth in residential and commercial properties across the territory.

You will diagnose wildlife and pest issues, build a strong pipeline from leads, and leverage partnerships with homeowners and professionals to achieve sales targets. A base salary plus uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, and career advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to travel up to 10%.
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose wildlife and pest issues and recommend solutions.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from leads and referrals.
• Grow new business in territory through networking and partnerships.
• Develop relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
