Critter Control Operations is seeking a motivated Wildlife Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. You will diagnose wildlife and pest issues, propose the right solutions, and capitalize on leads while building your own pipeline.

Based in the United States, this role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, an annual earnings potential of $70,000 to $100,000, plus benefits, a 401(k) match, ESPP, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have outside sales experience and a hunter mindset.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta within 30 days.
• Proficient in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver, diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and recommending solutions.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while building your own pipeline to meet targets.
• Grow new business in your territory through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors to drive recurring sales.
• Partner with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
