Critter Control Operations is seeking a motivated Wildlife Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in the Mobile, AL area.

You will diagnose wildlife and pest issues, present tailored removal and prevention solutions, and build a strong pipeline through leads, referrals, and partnerships. Join a team that values field autonomy, ongoing training, and a balanced approach to work and life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to travel up to 10%.
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.

• Ability to work in the field independently and efficiently manage your own schedule.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
