Job summary

Critter Control Operations, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife management services.

You will prospect, consult on needs, and deliver customized wildlife removal and prevention solutions while building lasting relationships with customers. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, an annual earnings range of $70,000 to $100,000+, health and 401k benefits, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Outside sales experience in pest control, roofing, construction, or route-based business preferred.
• Ability to work in the field and manage own schedule.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and to Atlanta within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and recommending the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Grow new business in your territory through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
