Critter Control Operations in Cincinnati is seeking a motivated Wildlife Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The role emphasizes consultative problem solving, leveraging leads, and self-generated opportunities within a defined territory.

You should bring outside sales experience, a hunter mindset, and the ability to travel up to 10% (with a 30‑day relocation to Atlanta possible).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Available to travel up to 10%.
• Available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset and proven outside sales experience (pest control, roofing, construction, or route-based businesses preferred).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage your schedule.
• Proficiency with several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and recommending the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Aggressively grow new business in your territory through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
