Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Winston-Salem area. You will grow the customer base by pursuing leads, networking, and referrals, while delivering effective wildlife removal and prevention solutions.

This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, annual earnings $70,000–$100,000, a comprehensive benefits package, 401k with match, and career growth opportunities within the Rollins family of brands.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience, preferably in pest control or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and to Atlanta within 30 days.
• Strong communication and proposal skills.
• Proficient with field software; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and acquire new accounts in assigned territory.
• Create and present proposals and contracts for services.
• Coordinate with field personnel and manage customer relationships.
• Respond to leads and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
