Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by prospecting, developing relationships, and delivering humane wildlife services to residential and commercial customers. You will assess needs, present tailored solutions, and partner with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through service completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree is a plus and preferred.
• Proven outside sales experience in related fields is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and prospect new leads in your territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior property inspections as needed.
• Create, present, and close proposals for wildlife removal and prevention services.
• Self-generate opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Follow up to close deals, collect payments, and re-engage past prospects.
