• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and related training.
• 3+ years in banking, basic project management, or related industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with proactive messaging for audiences.
• Ability to manage and negotiate with clients and vendor relationships.
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and leverage networks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills to assess situations and make informed decisions.
• Adapt strategically to evolving market demands and internal initiatives.

• Uses internal and external resources to resolve issues, maintain deadlines, and meet client needs.
• Provides visibility on implementation status to the client and deal/coverage team throughout the process.
• Documents all client interactions accurately and timely.
