Truist is seeking a Dedicated Specialist to serve a portfolio of Wholesale Payments clients with white‑glove service and professional communication. You will coordinate with internal partners, manage case queues and Outlook mailboxes, research complex issues, and drive timely resolutions while upholding risk controls and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of banking experience, two in a treasury‑related role, with 1+ years in-depth treasury services experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication supporting a professional image.
• Ability to manage daily activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment when communicating with clients; strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet.

Responsabilités

• Provide white-glove service to assigned clients and understand their business and contacts.
• Listen, analyze, and resolve client inquiries; respond professionally or escalate as needed.
• Leverage Wholesale Payments knowledge to address client requests using available resources.
• Manage small‑ to mid‑sized clients, projects, or internal relationships.
• Build professional relationships and protect client information.
• Escalate critical requests to ensure timely resolution and manage expectations.
• Document all client interactions via case management tools with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Managers, and operations to improve processes.
• Monitor queues and communicate status to clients and teammates.
