Truist in Orlando seeks a Client Onboarding Advisor I to coordinate and lead client implementations for Wholesale Payment services, ensuring a best-in-class experience.

You will interact with clients and internal teams, manage the implementation lifecycle for less complex projects, and communicate progress and risks clearly. Strong communication, analytical skills, and a customer-focused approach are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and training.
• Three or more years in banking, basic project management, or related industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – proactive and audience-aware.
• Ability to manage and negotiate with clients and vendor relationships.
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and leverage networks.
• Analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability to evolving market demands, technology and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead client implementation efforts for less complex Wholesale Payment services.
• Own the overall implementation effort and client experience, ensuring timely, successful completions.
• Interact with clients verbally and in writing; collaborate with internal teams to communicate progress.
• Serve as primary liaison between client, operations, and other areas throughout the implementation cycle.
• Document client interactions accurately and maintain project visibility to stakeholders.
• Identify issues, risks and opportunities and communicate them to business partners.
