Truist is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist IV to support highly complex client implementations for wholesale solutions. You will coordinate across internal teams and with client representatives to ensure timely, accurate delivery and a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or equivalent
• Seven or more years in Wholesale Payments, bank operations, or related industry experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and negotiate with internal partners, vendors, and alliance relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Adapting strategically to evolving market demands and internal initiatives
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, Internet, and MS Outlook
• Knowledge of standard and complex продуcts

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct communications with internal personnel and clients regarding all aspects of implementation efforts
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mid- to large-sized client implementations
• Provide visibility and transparency regarding implementation status throughout
• Document interactions and relevant information in a timely manner
• Identify, manage, and escalate concerns to reduce operational and compliance risk
• Provide SME support to related teams and train junior colleagues
• Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to coordinate implementation activities
