Truist is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist IV to support highly complex wholesale client implementations and ongoing maintenance. You will coordinate with internal teams and client representatives to ensure timely delivery and accurate execution, applying banking and wholesale payments expertise.

The role emphasizes collaboration, risk awareness, and proactive communication to manage multiple work streams, meet deadlines, and deliver a best-in-class experience for wholesale clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• 7+ years in Wholesale Payments, bank operations, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with proactive messaging.
• Ability to manage internal partners, vendors, and alliances.
• Proven relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to evolving market demands and initiatives.
• Knowledge of standard and complex banking products.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct communications with internal teams and clients on complex implementations.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of mid- to large-sized client implementations.
• Maintain project deadlines, mitigate risk, and meet client needs.
• Document interactions and keep stakeholders informed of status.
• Identify issues, escalate as needed, and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with LOB, Sales, and other partners to improve processes.
• Provide SME support and train junior colleagues.
