Job summary

Truist is seeking a Wholesale Payments Client Support Specialist to provide ongoing support for internal teammates and external clients. The role emphasizes accurate, timely guidance and documentation, with emphasis on service levels and risk-aware practices.

You will work under moderate supervision, handling inquiries, leveraging product knowledge, and escalating complex issues as needed to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online research.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal/external client inquiries via phone and email with high quality and timeliness.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the case management system.
• Identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions and keep management informed of risks and issues.
• Maintain knowledge of Wholesale Payments services/products and participate in trainings to stay proficient.
