Job summary

Truist is hiring a Wholesale Payments Client Service Specialist in the United States. The role provides ongoing support to internal teammates and external commercial clients on Wholesale Payments products under moderate supervision.

You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, document interactions, and collaborate with sales and relationship teams to deliver efficient solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and adhering to risk standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of banking experience, preferred call center or equivalent phone-related experience.
• Independent, well organized with time management skills in a sometimes-high pressure environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills that support a highly professional image.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, high-quality manner.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the case management system.
• Identify opportunities to engage teammates to provide value-added solutions.
• Maintain basic knowledge of Wholesale Payments services and participate in trainings.
• Escalate complex requests to management as needed and ensure timely resolutions.
