Carrington Mortgage Services - Wholesale Lending is seeking a Sales Manager to lead Account Executives and drive broker relationships in a wholesale lending region. The role focuses on meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals while mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.

You will promote Non-Agency/Non-QM, Government, Conventional, and other specialty lending products and manage regional activity, forecasts, and broker communications with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years mortgage origination experience
• Minimum 2 years government mortgage products experience
• Minimum 2 years non-agency/Non-QM mortgage products experience
• Experience building Account Executive teams in mortgage industry
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
• Mentor and coach Account Executives and broker relationships
• Manage regional sales forecasts and production projections
• Ensure CRM activity and broker records are up to date
• Communicate changes in loan programs, rates and policies to brokers
• Oversee loan submissions and ensure timely results within region
• Represent Carrington at trade shows or industry meetings
