Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive in Massachusetts to manage broker relations and drive funded loan volume. You will coordinate broker approvals, present our value proposition, and guide clients through rate sheets and product guidelines.

With 4+ years in sales/real estate and mortgage product knowledge, you will collaborate with leadership and operations to optimize the pipeline and ensure timely processing from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years in sales and/or real estate.
• 2+ years of mortgage sales, including Government and Conventional products (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC).

Responsibilities

• Formulate and align funding projections with Wholesale leadership to meet targets.
• Prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate broker approvals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies within assigned territory and accounts.
• Conduct large group broker presentations to promote our value proposition and platforms.
• Serve as subject matter expert on company policies, products and technology.
• Collaborate with loan operations to manage the active pipeline and escalate reviews.
• Establish communication protocols with Client Relations Managers to optimize service.
• Assist clients with lock reconciliation, extensions and exceptions.
• Explain loan processing, underwriting, and closing processes to clients.
• Provide brokers/bankers access to current rate sheets and product guidelines.
• Provide technical training and support on company technology platform.
