Job summary

Newrez, a leading residential mortgage lender, seeks a Centralized Account Executive to drive wholesale and correspondent broker relationships. You will manage approvals, education, and ongoing communications to support funding goals and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in sales/real estate and 2+ years in mortgage sales, with strong knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and investor requirements. You'll collaborate with Wholesale leadership to grow the broker network.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales and/or real estate experience.
• 2+ years of mortgage sales, including FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC and related guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and investor guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Formulate funding projections with Wholesale leadership to align with targets.
• Contact prospective brokers/bankers via inbound/outbound calls.
• Coordinate broker approvals and education through the approval process.
• Present the Company’s value proposition to broker offices and prospects.
• Serve as SME on company policies, products and technology.
• Collaborate with loan operations to manage the pipeline and resolve issues.
