Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to drive wholesale and correspondent lending in the Houston area. You will manage broker relationships, coordinate approvals, and promote our rate sheets, product guidelines, and technology platforms.

The role requires 4+ years in sales/real estate and 2+ years in mortgage sales, with knowledge of FHA/VA and conventional guidelines. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Eligible for performance-based bonus and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 4+ years of experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 2+ years of mortgage sales including FHA/VA/FNMA and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Formulate funding projections/goals with Wholesale leadership to align with production targets.
• Prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate broker approvals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies within assigned territory.
