Job summary

Newrez in Massachusetts is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to drive broker partnerships and grow wholesale and correspondent loan production. You will coordinate approvals, present our value proposition, and support brokers with guidelines and access to rate sheets and platform tools.

The role requires strong communication, market knowledge, and collaboration with operations to optimize the loan process from application to closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 4+ years of sales and/or real estate experience.
• 2+ years of mortgage sales including Government and Conventional products (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC).

Responsibilities

• Formulate and establish funding projections/goals with Wholesale leadership.
• Prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate broker approvals.
• Collaborate to develop/implement marketing strategies in territory/accounts.
• Conduct large group presentations to promote value proposition and platforms.
• Serve as SME on policies, procedures, products and technology.
• Manage active pipeline with loan operations and escalate reviews when needed.
