Job summary

Newrez LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to drive wholesale and correspondent channel growth. You will prospect brokers, manage approvals, and partner with leadership to align production with targets across our product and technology platforms.

The role requires 4+ years in sales/real estate and 2+ years in mortgage sales (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC). Strong communication and market knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in a related discipline; Equivalent job/education experience will be considered.
• 4+ years of experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 2+ years of mortgage sales, including Government and Conventional products, i.e.: FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC and related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Formulate funding projections/goals to align with production targets.
• Prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate broker approvals.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies within territory and present our process and product platforms.
• Deliver large group presentations to promote our value proposition and technology platforms.
• Serve as subject matter expert on company policies, products, and technology.
• Manage active pipeline with loan operations and escalate reviews when needed.
• Establish communication protocols with Client Relations Managers to optimize service delivery.
