• Experience in wholesale mortgage sales or equivalent.
• Ability to develop production from an existing network of Loan Officers, brokers and lending partners.
• Proven track record turning opportunities into funded transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop production across an existing network of Loan Officers, brokers and lending partners
• Convert inbound mortgage scenarios into funded transactions
• Build deeper relationships within inactive and underpenetrated accounts
• Educate Loan Officers on differentiated mortgage solutions and when they can solve a borrower need
• Identify and develop new relationships outside the existing network
• Help partners structure transactions and navigate product eligibility
• Conduct product presentations, training and relationship-development meetings
• Work closely with operations to deliver a strong partner experience
• Travel as needed for relationship development and industry activity
