Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending seeks a dynamic associate to develop and maintain broker and seller relationships, driving loan applications and purchases while coordinating with operations to close loans.

The role requires knowledge of lending regulations and mortgage products, and the ability to train brokers on submissions and rate sheets, with focus on timely closings and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales performance developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.

Responsabilités

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships to ensure loan applications flow.
• Advise on Company programs, pricing, and submission policies.
• Train brokers/sellers on online systems for submissions and rate sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan closings and compliance deadlines.
• Manage loan pipeline to meet department goals and provide high service levels.
