Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking an experienced account executive to expand and maintain broker/seller relationships for wholesale and correspondent loan products. You will drive new business, manage loan pipelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closings.

Responsibilities include advising brokers on programs, pricing, and policies, and training them on submission systems while maintaining CRM contacts and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale or correspondent mortgage sales.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA and non-agency loan products preferred.
• Ability to meet sales goals and drive new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships to ensure steady loan applications and purchases.
• Advise brokers/sellers on Carrington programs, pricing, and submission policies.
• Train brokers/sellers on online systems for submissions, underwriting, rate sheets, and locks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan closings and compliance deadlines.
