Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
• 2–4 years of HVAC wholesale sales experience desirable.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing with knowledge of HVAC equipment at wholesale level.
• Experience with residential and contractor relationships is desirable.

• Represent Baker Distributing Company as a leader in the industry.
• Secure maximum market share and sales dollars per policy and programs.
• Solicit new accounts and dealers and develop market strategies.
• Maintain direct personal contact with all assigned accounts and foster relations with new ones.
• Take a proactive approach to sales development and problem solving.
• Resolve customer relations issues in a timely manner.
• Host dealer meetings, conferences, and incentive trips.
• Attend product shows and training to meet customer needs and stay updated.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
