Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HVAC sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of sales experience in HVAC is required.
• Experience with operations of a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house is desirable.
• Proven sales and marketing background with knowledge of air-conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at the wholesale-distribution level is required.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery; valid driver’s license if driving is essential.
