Job summary

Jenkins Auto Group in Ocala, FL is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for automotive service, listen to customers, diagnose issues with technicians, and set expectations for service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, automotive training, dealer/large facility experience, ASE certification (or willingness to obtain).

Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
Minimum of one year dealer-level or large facility experience.
Post-secondary automotive training.
ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

Meets/greets customers in person or on phone.
Arranges prompt and accurate diagnosis of reported problem.
Makes best-value repair recommendations based upon nature of the problem.
Manages delivery of required repair action by setting and managing customer expectations.
Maintains documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports, etc.
