Job summary

Jenkins Kia of Ocala is seeking a passionate Service Advisor to serve as the primary point-of-contact for automotive service and repair matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical aptitude, an unrestricted driver's license, and be willing to obtain ASE certification.

This role involves managing customer expectations, arranging for service levels, and ensuring outstanding service delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven track record in technical and customer service performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in person or on the phone.
• Arrange prompt and accurate diagnosis of reported problems.
• Manage delivery of required repair actions and set customer expectations.
