Responsibilities

• Meets/greets customers in person or on phone.
• Arranges prompt, accurate diagnosis of reported problems.
• Makes best-value repair recommendations.
• Manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing expectations.
• Maintains documentation (POs, invoices, work orders, reports).
• Enforces organizational safety standards.
• Ensures parts inventory is maintained.
• Promotes a 'white-glove' environment at the shop.
• Takes ownership for delivering outstanding service.
• Follows all company policies and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
