CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end scheduling and labor forecasting design. You will partner with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to drive scalable, well-governed WFM solutions.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on work with Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, plus strong forecasting and scheduling knowledge, with the ability to translate business needs into practical configurations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing, and scheduling expertise.
• 7+ years with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years communicating with stakeholders to drive decisions.
• 2+ years analytical problem-solving with scalable solutions.
• 2+ years growing self and others with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedules.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend efficient process and platform configurations.
• Define scheduling patterns, guardrails, and governance for reliable operations.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including configuration, extensions, reporting, and integrations.
• Define reporting needs and enable adoption among HR, operations, and technology teams.
