Job summary

The role requires deep hands-on expertise with platforms like Infor WFM, UKG, or Legion, and a strong grasp of forecasting, staffing, and scheduling concepts to deliver scalable, governed outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling experience.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and translate business needs into functional requirements and priorities.
• Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to support reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs and ensure governance.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
