• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to understand demand drivers, staffing strategies, and scheduling pain points.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating models to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Own functional delivery, configuring and customizing vendor applications to meet business needs.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
