Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end‑to‑end scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the functional lifecycle from demand forecasting to schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has deep WFM configuration expertise with Infor, UKG, Legion, and strong forecasting knowledge to translate needs into scalable, governed solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling experience.
• 7+ years configuring WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting inputs/scenarios.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years strong communication and stakeholder leadership.
• 2+ years analytical problem solving and scalable solutions.
• 2+ years growth mindset and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design across forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and define the right functional approach with tradeoffs.
• Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to support operations.
• Own end-to-end functional delivery including configuration and extensions.
• Define reporting needs and partner on dashboards and analytics.
• Lead adoption, training, and governance across HR, operations, and tech.
• Provide strategic direction and mentor team members.
