CVS Health is seeking a seasoned WFM Techno-Functional Expert to lead end‑to‑end scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders, product, engineering and vendors to design, configure, and deliver scalable WFM solutions.

The role requires deep hands‑on experience with Infor/UKG/Legion and strong forecasting knowledge, enabling reliable demand and staffing plans across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors and 3+ years Agile environments.
• 3+ years strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise‑grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs.
• Drive end‑to‑end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Define reporting needs and partner on dashboards and adoption.
