Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end scheduling and labor forecasting. You will partner with stakeholders, product, engineering and vendors to design, configure and optimize WFM platforms.

Qualifications

7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
Experience with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion)
3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
3+ years of stakeholder leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to translate demand drivers into actionable requirements.
Design forecasting workflows and operating models to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
Define scheduling patterns, templates, rules and constraints for optimization.
Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs and ensure end-to-end lifecycle execution.
