CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise‑grade scheduling and labor forecasting. You will own the functional lifecycle from demand forecasting to schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has deep WFM platform experience (Infor UKG Legion) and strong forecasting knowledge, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, governed solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering WFM solutions across forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
• Experience with enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• Experience with SaaS vendor partnerships and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with stakeholders to translate demand drivers into requirements.
• Define forecasting workflows and staffing models; design schedule patterns and constraints.
• Configure vendor applications and ensure end-to-end delivery for enhancements and releases.
• Define reporting needs and drive adoption across HR, operations and tech.
