Job summary

Fujifilm in the Western United States seeks a Territory Sales Manager – Western Region to drive growth for Cinema and Broadcast products. You will report to the VP of Sales and cover California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Hawaii, based in Southern California.

The role blends strategic sales with hands-on field work, including 25% travel to customer sites and industry events. Collaborate with product teams, train partners, and maintain strong customer relationships to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in broadcast/cinema industry or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% to customer locations and events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of Broadcast and Cinema industry and articulate product value.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and cultivate new opportunities.
• Conduct market research to tailor strategies and offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Sell and support broadcast lens products as well as cinema cameras and lenses through established channels.
• Collaborate with product development to relay customer feedback.
