Job summary

The Territory Sales Manager – Western Region for FUJIFILM North America Corporation's Optical Devices Division will report to the VP of Sales. This pivotal role focuses on driving growth and revenue for Cinema and Broadcast products in Western USA, covering California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii.

The ideal candidate must be based in Southern California, a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and willing to travel up to 25% to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in broadcast and cinema industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications, features and use cases of broadcast and cinema equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of Broadcast and Cinema industry and articulate product value to customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand channels.
• Conduct market research to tailor sales strategies and product offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through planning and execution.
• Manage sale and support of broadcast lens products and cinema camera/lens through channels.
• Collaborate with product development to relay customer feedback.
